  Bradwell is somewhat of a good school, like the school is so locked up and closed it is hard for any people with bad intentions to get into Bradwell. It is a secure school and all the Administrators take the safety of Bradwell students very seriously. However the teachers are not the best. Yes, some teachers are very good at their job but not many. I have been a student at Bradwell Institute since the 2014-2015 school year and am a Senior of the graduating class of 2018; now think of this while I say that I can count the best teachers I have had the privilege to work with in less than 15 names. For example, in my Sophomore and Junior year I had Mrs. Marilyn Hampton as a Lit/Comp teacher and she was absolutely amazing. Another few teachers I have had over the years include Mr. Tim Currie, Mr. Ross Couch, Mrs. Wanda Salgado, Mrs. Orlene Kearse, Ms. Sharon Jackson, Mr. Michael Bell, Ms. Jody Knopf, Mrs. Tori Lewis, Mr. George Granger, Ms. Pamela Donald, Mrs. Pamela Woodard, and Mr. Bobby Tanner. Each teacher I have named are some of the hardest classes but the most affective teachers. Many teachers have the potential to be very good but they do not have backbone, they don’t stand up and control their students, they threaten to discipline them but never follow through, they always let the students run over them. For example, Mr. James Boyce and Mrs. Jordan Giddens will say for their students to stop talking or they will get a disciplinary referral but neither teacher follow through. Mr. Boyce will give out a test and once some students finish their tests, they start talking, Mr. Boyce will say stop talking or he’ll give a zero but he never does anything. He just let’s those students continue to interrupt the testing environment. Now there are some teachers that just don’t teach their students at all! Like Mr. Thomas Thornton, he doesn’t teach anything and expects his students to pass the class! He gives out hard tests on things we don’t know and expects us to pass it, how are we supposed to pass anything in his class if he doesn’t teach us anything and we don’t learn anything?!
